Do you have a passion for luxury fashion, refined branding, and elevated customer experiences? We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a background in the luxury retail or fashion industry to lead the creative and marketing strategy for both The Bridal Room and Soirée.

 

This is a pivotal role in our business.

 

You will own and drive our marketing strategy, ensuring our brand not only reflects fashion, but also translates into measurable growth across digital and in-store channels. From executing polished campaigns to developing vendor collaborations, you’ll bring a discerning eye for design, storytelling, and customer engagement.

The Bridal Room and Soirée are premier destinations for brides, mothers of the bride and groom, and evening wear clients.

  • The Bridal Room offers brides an intimate and private luxury shopping experience, providing curated gowns and unforgettable service.
  • Soirée specializes in evening wear, alterations, and mother-of-the-occasion gowns, offering an elevated experience with the same signature care.

WE WANT TO MEET YOU BECAUSE YOU...

  • Have 3–5 years of marketing experience in luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • You think like a strategist while executing like a creative - balance big picture vision with hands-on delivery.
  • Possess a refined aesthetic and understand the nuances of visual branding in the luxury space.
  • Are proficient in design and content creation tools (Canva required; Adobe Suite video editing a plus).
  • Excel at storytelling, copywriting, and social media strategy for aspirational brands.
  • Have experience managing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to execute projects flawlessly.
  • Are collaborative, confident, and able to work closely with leadership, vendors, and creative partners.
  • Can stay poised, focused, and adaptable in fast-paced, high-touch environments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Branding & Strategy
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design, communication, and customer experience.
    • Uphold a clear and consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across bridal and evening locations.
    • Ensuring websites are up to date with images and overall ecstatic
  • Marketing & Content Creation
    • Create branded materials: flyers, signage, email graphics, lookbooks, in-store displays, social media assets, and promotional materials.
    • Design and produce creative assets for campaigns, events, styled shoots, influencer collaborations, and trunk shows.
    • Oversee in-store branding and signage to ensure seamless customer journey.
    • Lead all Facebook, Instagram, google Ad’s campaign with SYVO
  • Social Media & Digital
    • Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook) for both locations and ensure content not only engages but also converts followers into clients.
    • Design, write newsletter, and schedule daily content with a focus on engagement and storytelling.
    • Track and analyze performance metrics; adjust strategies for continual improvement.
    • Collaborate with web vendors, designers, and leadership to support traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Campaigns & Partnerships
    • Lead all marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and campaign launches.
    • Build relationships with vendors, venues, and industry partners to expand visibility.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Take ownership of marketing analytics, using insights to recommend strategy adjustments and drive results.
    • Analyze customer behavior and content performance to optimize brand impact.
    • Present monthly brand insights and performance recaps to leadership.

📍 Location: McLean Virginia - Hybrid role (split between working from home office and in the boutique), some weekends are required

Bridal Stylist - Part Time

Hours of Work: Part Time; Sat & Sun availability required.

 

SALARY: $16-$17 per hour depending on experience, plus commission and Tips.

We are seeking someone who has passion for bridal fashion, enthusiastic, motivated, and loves to celebrate love stories. Have experience with fabric, fashion trends, and gowns structures and can deliver “beyond the dress” experience to our brides.

 

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Bridal Stylist who is:

  • Excited to work in a very fast environment,
  • Strong background in fashion, bridal gown alterations and sales.
  • Not easily overwhelmed,
  • Optimistic and outgoing,
  • Can close at least 70% of their sales
  • Thrilled to work with different personalities
  • Not afraid of doing hard work along the way.
     

WHAT WE DO

 

The Bridal Room offers an intimate and private bridal shopping experience for brides and their bridal parties in a private bridal suite and beautiful environment. Our ultimate goal is to provide a curated selection of gowns with unforgettable shopping experience. We ensure every bride is paired with an experienced bridal consultant that will take the time to hand select gowns before the appointment and help her to navigate through the process of selecting her wedding gown.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Create a welcoming environment.
  • Immediately welcome customers as they enter the boutique and proactively offer assistance.
  • Work one-on-one with brides to style them for their wedding day.
  • Helping brides with their accessories and booking alterations appointments.
  • Assist with alterations appointments.
  • Be an expert on product, policies and the The Bridal Room brand.
  • Identify and communicate inventory needs based on client feedback.
  • Participate in Pre-Market focus groups with the buying team.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
  • Mentor and train new sales stylists.
  • Creating a positive environment and experience for brides and guests in a comfortable, friendly retail environment.
  • Conducting everyday tasks within the salon including greeting customers, answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store. This includes but is not limited to client communication.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience in sales or a customer service position
  • Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
  • Hard working and dynamic person with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers from the initial consultation to closing the sale
  • The ability to learn quickly and retain information regarding new and existing style
  • Fashion background preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform sales processes and techniques to achieve company sales goals.
  • Ability to stand for a long period of time, lift boxes and move through the salon
  • Must deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • MUST be available on the weekends but we are flexible.
